Meet the Indie Film Nation Team: Sue Lawson

Sue Lawson is an award-winning editor of corporate videos, TV specials, concert and feature films.

In the 15+ years that she has been editing, her clients have included internationally known recording artists, Fortune 500 corporations and independent filmmakers.

Sue assisted with the re-formation of Women In Film/Chicago and served on the Board of Directors as Recruitment Chair.  Currently, she is an active member in the National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences, the American Film Institute, IFP, and Pixel Corps… and, in addition to serving as Vice President / Apple Ambassador and Newsletter Editor for the Chicago Final Cut Pro Users Group, she is also Apple’s Regional Liaison for Pro User Groups, worldwide.

Sue has served as a judge for a variety of industry awards for creative excellence; film festivals; and the Emmy’s.  Her work has been seen at film festivals around the U.S, and via Sony Entertainment Television in seven (7) countries.
